Bizit Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Merchant", or "You") and Bizit ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Bizit mobile application (Package Name: com.bizitapp) and website at bizit.co.in.
By downloading, installing, or accessing Bizit, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Bizit provides a digital networking and business discovery platform enabling users and merchants to:
- Create, customize, and publish digital business cards with interactive contact links, social profiles, and location coordinates.
- Browse verified local business showrooms, products, promotional offers, and video reels.
- Connect directly with merchants via 1-tap phone calling, WhatsApp messaging, and interactive maps.
3. User Account & Registration
To access merchant publishing features or save digital business cards, you may register an account via Google Sign-In, Truecaller 1-Tap authentication, or email registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Merchant Content & Acceptable Use Policy
Merchants publishing business cards, product listings, promotional offers, or video reels retain ownership of their content but grant Bizit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content on the Bizit platform.
You agree NOT to upload, post, or publish content that:
- Is false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another individual or business entity.
- Contains offensive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or unlawful material.
- Infringes upon any third party's trademark, copyright, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- Promotes illegal goods, counterfeit products, or unauthorized services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Bizit application, design systems, logos, user interface, software code, and database compilations are the exclusive intellectual property of Bizit. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any portion of the app without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including merchant transactions conducted off-platform.
7. Account Termination & Modification
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bizit at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, merchants, or the platform's integrity.
